Since its foundation, the company has been recognized with many awards;

• Ener-Soins was a participant in the “Concours Quebecois en Entrepreneurship, Edition Laval 2000-2001”. The agency was awarded the second prize, for a company start-up in the services category, as well as the “Coup de cœur” prize from the Local Development Center.
• The agency was also amongst the finalists in the following categories at the prestigious “Concours Dunamis, Edition 2002”,

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Solange Fleury: President and General Manager Mrs. Fleury is a Registered Nurse, and a graduate from the Université de Montréal. For over fourteen years, she worked in many managerial positions in several public health establishments. She was also responsible for the care unit of a private retirement home for a six year period with about 400 residents. Mrs. Fleury is an active member of “l’Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières du Québec”, and of the Laval Chamber of Commerce and Industry where she is involved in a committee on micro-enterprises.

She was selected by the Regional Health and Social Services office to be a member of the population’s forum, to be held in Laval.

She was also chosen by the CLSC Marigot to be a board member.

During her career, Mrs. Fleury was involved in many health fields. She is able to train and direct her nurses towards either home care or hospital services. She is attentive and remains available in order to answer any questions coming from her employees. She ensures that each employee is happy and satisfied to work with Ener-Soins Inc.

Jean Nové: Administrative Assistant and Personnel Manager. Mr. Nové has worked for over 25 years in the hospitality industry including 15 years in management positions. He was appointed to the position of Regional Training and Human Resources Manager, Eastern Canada, by a large U.S. hotel chain. Thereafter, he managed retirement homes in Montreal and Quebec.

He is a member of the educational committee of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier school board.
