How long has the company been in operation?

The company was founded on March 6th 2000 and began its activities on June 1st 2000.


What is your company’s reputation among health establishments?

Ener-Soins inc. works very closely with social service organizations to ensure quality services and to coordinate home health care for their clients. Many health establishments frequently ask us to provide temporary staff services to offset staff shortage due to vacations or peak periods.


When do I have to call to place my service request?

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 8:00pm. On weekend and holidays, from 7:30am to 6:00pm. You can leave a message in our voice mailbox when the office is closed and we will treat your request in priority as soon as the office opens.


How long should I wait, once I have placed my service request, before receiving the first service?

It all depends on your needs. In most cases, we should be able to start services within 24 hours of your request.


How about payment?

Ener-Soins will invoice you directly once a week, for services rendered. However, in some cases, our services may be subsidized by a local government agency or by your own private insurance company.

Will I receive a receipt for income tax purposes or for my private insurance?

Yes, we will be pleased to send you one.


Will I always have the same person during the length of the services?

We try very hard to schedule the same person so that the client will benefit from a continuous professional relationship. This will ease client uncertainty and help establishing trust.


What if I request to change the person I have been assigned?

If you are not comfortable with the person assigned to your services, just give us a call, we will respond to your request as soon as possible.


What tasks can be performed by the person?

Our personal home health care specialists can do various tasks such as basic home care, basic personal hygiene, meal preparation, accompanies you to shop, we can even help you re-establish your daily routine or activities.


Do you train your employees?

All our health professionals follow continuous training courses, to ensure you receive the best quality care possible.


How are your employees selected?

Mrs. Fleury, the director, who is a registered nurse with many years of experience carefully screens each applicant. The interview is very thorough. Experience, knowledge and references are carefully checked before we hire someone.


Are your employee’s covered with appropriate insurance?

Each employee is covered by:

  • A general civil liability insurance.
  • A company insurance against errors and omissions.
  • Workers’ Compensation Board of Quebec. (CSST).
  • Each nurse must have personal professional responsibility insurance.
